What is collected
Your name, email address, and optional phone number, along with what you write in your message, including which service you are asking about.
How it is handled
The inquiry form is processed through Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to the shop's email. Formspree is used to deliver your message, not for marketing.
What is not done with it
Your information is not sold, rented, or added to any marketing list.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and to keep accurate records.
The age check
The 21-or-older confirmation is stored only on your device. Nothing from that check is sent to the shop.
Transaction records
The separate records required for a firearms transaction are kept as federal law requires and are not part of this website.
